Jumping Jack Run is an active, physical game that requires you to move your body (jumping, ducking, leaning). By playing, you acknowledge and agree that:

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in cheating/score manipulation.

4. Camera Usage and Privacy

The game requires access to your device's webcam to function. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, this video feed is processed locally and is never uploaded or stored by us. You are responsible for granting or revoking this permission via your browser settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Jumping Jack Run, including but not limited to 3D models, graphics, code, music, sound effects, and UI designs, is the property of Jumping Jack Run or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game without our explicit written consent.

6. Fair Play and Leaderboards

We want the leaderboards to be fun and competitive. Any attempt to spoof camera data, manipulate the game client, inject fake scores, or otherwise cheat will result in your scores being wiped and your account being banned from the leaderboard.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or performance of the game. We do not guarantee that the motion tracking will be error-free or that the game will run smoothly on all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumping Jack Run and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the game.
